The biggest gainer

More garden posts: so I planted this thing called pineapple sage (click for post) back in May (or was it April?) and although it doesn't taste like sage and didn't sprout any pineapples it did win the biggest grower award. That's a lot of something I don't know what to do with. What kind of cocktail can you make out of pineapple sage?
