Rain day

Finally a rainy day! (So I don't have to paint.)

So as not to be a slacker I managed to edge the lawn before it rained. I live on a corner. Theres a lot of edge. The edger should ALSO come with pain killers. But lucky for me CVS had buy 100 ibuprofen caplets get 100 free!!!

Maybe the flowers in front of the garage will blossom. Maybe you could grout the kitchen and bathroom tiles. Or make somethig special for dinner. And don't take too many Advil! ~notes from your fairy godmother, Margaret

A collection of my thoughts, rants and pictures since November 22, 2008.

During the first year of my blog it was called "Something to say… everyday." That got just a bit tedious, but what else does someone unemployed have to do. The second year of my blog started out sporadic with a post whenever I got around to it but I felt I needed some kind of order. 2010 brought order when I started "A picture a week… every week" loosely following the Flickr group "52.5 of Twenty Ten." By the end of 2011 I was back in the work force so a daily thing wouldn't have worked anyway. For 2011 I decided to actually JOIN the Flickr group "52 of Twenty Eleven" and go by their rules. It was a success with 52 out of 52 pictures posted! Same goes for "52 of 2012!" Now on to "52 in 2013." OF COURSE I might post witty bits of wisdom here and there outside the photo project from time to time. (BTW: clicking on any pic will either show a larger view or go to the Flickr page of that pic.)
